Have you used any specific recipes or just cornstarch and water? you may want to cover your project with a new layer of "glue" which will be more translucent. elmer's glue will work, or: measure out 1 cup cornstarch and dump in ready to use warm for paper mache but let sit til cool if using in glue bottle etc --
